Quick answers: Delivery is required for all rentals (9 AM–12 PM or 3 PM–6 PM). Typical range for both models is 6–8 miles per full charge. Payment is required before delivery. Sales tax is not included in displayed rates.

General Rental Questions

Q How do I rent a mobility scooter?
Book in three steps: (1) Go to our Book Now page and submit the form. (2) We confirm availability, delivery window, and pricing. (3) Submit payment to finalize your reservation.
Q Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance.
Q What scooter models do you offer?
Two models: 4-wheel for stability & 3-wheel for tight turns.

Pricing, Fees & Payment

Q How much does it cost?
$65 Daily • $135 Weekend • $175 Weekly (tax not included).
Q Is there a delivery fee?
Included within 15 miles of 2086 Jodeco Rd. Beyond 15 miles = surcharge.
Q When and how do I pay?
Payment is required before delivery.

Delivery & Pickup

Q Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes. All rentals include delivery & pickup.
Q What are your delivery windows?
9 AM–12 PM or 3 PM–6 PM daily.
Q Do I need to be present?
Yes. Someone must sign for delivery and get the demo.

Scooter Use & Operation

Q Weight capacity?
Up to 300 lbs.
Q Range per charge?
6–8 miles (real-world estimate).
Q Outdoor use?
Great for sidewalks, parks, malls. Avoid mud, steep hills, & wet ground.

Battery & Charging

Q Charging time?
6–8 hours from empty.
Q Remove battery to charge?
No. Charge directly, or remove battery if preferred.

Policies & Requirements

Q Age requirement?
Renters must be 18+.
Q Cancellation policy?
24+ hours = no fee. Same day = $25 fee.
