Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Service

  • Local Delivery: EZ Ride Mobility offers local delivery within a 20-mile radius of zip-code 30253 for free.
  • Extended Delivery: For deliveries outside the local area, please contact us for a custom quote.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Local Delivery Fee: see above.
  • Extended Delivery Fee: Varies based on distance and location. Please contact EZ Ride Mobility for a quote.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Local Deliveries: Typically delivered within 2 hours/days of placing the order, subject to availability.
  • Extended Deliveries: Typically delivered within 1 day of placing the order, subject to availability and distance.

4. Delivery Process

  • The Customer will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery time.
  • The Customer must be present at the agreed delivery location to receive the scooter.
  • A signature will be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of the scooter in good working condition.

5. Shipping

  • Currently, EZ Ride Mobility does not offer shipping services for rental scooters. All rentals must be delivered by the Company or picked up by the Customer.

6. Pick-Up Service

  • Local Pick-Up: EZ Ride Mobility offers a local pick-up service for no additional fee.
  • The Customer must be present at the agreed location and time for pick-up.

7. Customer Responsibilities During Delivery

  • The Customer is responsible for inspecting the scooter upon delivery to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Any issues or damages must be reported to the delivery personnel immediately.

8. Delivery and Pick-Up Restrictions

  • Delivery and pick-up services are available during business hours: 8am to 5pm.
  • Deliveries and pick-ups are not available on all major Holidays.

9. Changes to Delivery or Pick-Up

  • Any changes to the delivery or pick-up time or location must be communicated to EZ Ride Mobility at least 2 hours in advance.
  • Failure to notify the Company of changes may result in additional fees.
